Cancellation Policy

Requesting Cancellation: Clients may request cancellation of services or projects by contacting E-Danex Digital Solutions via email or through their assigned account manager.

Time Frame: Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled commencement or delivery of the service.

Refunds: If the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of the project and expenses incurred by E-Danex.

 

Non-refundable Services: Some services, due to their nature, such as domain registration, hosting services, and certain consulting services, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital solutions and services, returns are generally not applicable. However, if a delivered product or service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or standards, clients may raise concerns for review.

Review Process: Upon receiving a complaint or issue report, E-Danex will initiate an internal review process to assess the situation and determine an appropriate course of action.

Resolution: Potential resolutions may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to the service or product, partial refunds, or offering additional services at no extra cost.

Time Limit: Issues regarding product or service quality must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Compliance with Agreement: All returns and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the client’s service agreement with E-Danex Digital Solutions.
